We are very pleased to welcome you to the Leśna Ostoja center in Rewal.

During your stay, the house you rent becomes your home. So we wish you to feel at home with us.

At the same time, we will be grateful for the observance of the basic safety rules and that you rest in accordance with the surrounding nature, material goods and your nice neighbors.

To facilitate this, please read the Center’s regulations.

The cottages are suitable for 6 people. Up to 2 additional people can be accommodated for an additional fee specified in the Price List.

It is possible to equip the cottage with a cot, bathtub and a high chair for very young children. The need for such additional equipment must be reported at the time of booking.

 

  1. After making the reservation, an advance payment of at least 30% of the total price of the stay must be made. The advance payment should be made by the end of the next working day from the date of booking. After this time, the booking will be automatically canceled. In the title of the transfer, please provide the order number, date of arrival and departure.
  2. If there are less than 7 days left on the day of booking until the start of the stay, the payment for the stay should be paid in full and the confirmation of the transfer should be sent to the e-mail address inbox@lesna-ostoja-rewal.eu [1]
  3. Payments should be made by bank transfer to the following bank account:

  4. The reservation becomes valid after the full amount of the required deposit is credited to our bank account and after receiving the confirmation of the reservation by e-mail or by phone (SMS).
    Payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations.
  5. On the day of arrival at the latest, the remaining payment for the stay must be credited to our bank account [1] or paid in cash
  6. After receiving the payment, we provide you with the number of the house in which you will be accommodated and the method of receiving and returning the keys to the house. In the event of loss or damage, guests pay an additional fee in the amount specified in the price list.
  7. After completing the formalities related to the arrival, you take over the house with its equipment. The guest bears full financial responsibility for the transferred property and for damage caused in the cottage and in the Center. In the event of damage to the house after leaving it, the Guest, after prior consultation, will be charged with the actual costs of repairing the damage.
  8. In the event of cancellation of the booked stay or its shortening, the fees are not refundable [2].
  9. The hotel day lasts from 16.00 on the first day of stay until 10.00 on the last day of stay.
  10. The guest is obliged to keep the house in the same condition at the time of arrival.
  11. On the premises of the resort, the curfew lasts from 22.00 to 08.00
  12. Visitors to guests may stay at the resort until 22.00. The guest of the cottage is fully financially and legally responsible for all his own and visitors’ actions.
  13. The behavior of guests should not disturb the peace of other people.
  14. Persons under the influence of intoxicants or alcohol, behaving loudly or aggressively, violating the peace of other users of the resort and neighboring properties, and not complying with commonly used standards, in particular behaving in a way that endangers the safety of other people and property, the owner of the facility has the right to terminate the lease under the procedure immediately without a refund of previously made payments. The owner of the facility is not obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay.
  15. Parking of vehicles takes place only in a designated area, on a free, unguarded parking lot and along the property. The owner of the Center is not responsible for vehicles parked on the premises of the Center.
  16. The stay of dogs on the premises of the Center is allowed with the prior consent of the owner of the Center – we accept only small pets. The owner of the dog is obliged to supervise the dog and follow the general sanitary requirements (cleaning up the dog’s litter). The owner of the dog bears full financial and legal responsibility for all actions taken by the animal. There is an additional fee for the stay of the animal in the amount specified in the price list.
  17. The purchased stay in the Center does not constitute Personal Accident Insurance for persons staying in it and against theft and destruction of property belonging to vacationers. The owner of the Center is not responsible for the loss or damage of the vacationers’ own property.
  18. Due to the fire protection requirements, it is forbidden to use any electrically powered devices that do not constitute home equipment in the Center. It is forbidden to use additional heating and electric devices. The above does not apply to chargers for mobile phones and power supplies for small household appliances and computers.
  19. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the cabins.
  20. There is a principle of municipal waste segregation in the resort.
  21. The owner of the Center makes every effort to monitor and update the description of the equipment of the Center on an ongoing basis, to maintain the standard. However, it cannot be held responsible for changes that are beyond its direct control. In particular, for repairs, construction and finishing works in the vicinity of the Center, noise and temporary shortages in the supply of utilities.
  22. Failures should be immediately reported by e-mail or by phone to the Center’s staff, which undertakes to remove the failure as quickly as possible. The Lessee is responsible for the failure related to the decoding of the TV set, the cost of removing this type of failure is borne by the Lessee in accordance with the rate of the company servicing the TV network. The owner undertakes to supervise independent breakdowns – electricity, water, sewage – and inform the Lessee about the current situation and the approximate time of failure removal by the relevant services.
  23. Children play on the playground under the supervision of their parents or guardians. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of children playing in the playground. Only 1 person may be on the trampoline during the game.
  24. The owner of the Center decides about all matters not covered by these regulations.

Information regarding COVID-19

BEFORE ARRIVING

In case of signs of disease, i.e. temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius, persistent cough, malaise, difficulty breathing, it will not be possible to check in at the Center.
In case of justified concerns regarding your health condition, we reserve the right to cancel the booking for the sake of the safety and health of other guests.

CLEANING THE HOUSES

The houses are cleaned according to the safety rules. We use gloves, disinfectants, masks.
Before your arrival, the house is disinfected and thoroughly aired.
We wash the bedding at 60 degrees in a professional laundry.

IN THE CENTER

When collecting the keys, the landlord signs a declaration of knowledge of the applicable safety rules by all persons staying in the cottage on behalf of the entire group.

 

PERSONAL DATA

Holiday cottages “Leśna Ostoja in Rewal” inform that clients’ personal data are processed only for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations. The data will not be transferred or made available to third parties. The processing of personal data complies with the legal regulations in force in Poland, i.e. the Personal Data Protection Act and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
